Chickpeas of Azienda Agraria LA CHIONA have been selected from original seeds grown in Spello area.
Main characteristics of our Chickpeas are the small size, smmoth and round shape, cooking time of 1 h approx., they do not peel off during cooking.We also use our Chickpeas to produce the Chickpeas Flour, by stone milling in a Mill powered by the water stream of Chiascio river. |
